Arbitration & Litigation

We recognise that conflict is sometimes inevitable and chances are our client is in the right.

We are seasoned litigators, regularly appearing as counsel or as instructing solicitor in court, representing clients in both shipping and non-shipping cases.  We also assist clients to arrest ships for security or as enforcement of their maritime claims.

Mediation

Equally, not every conflict needs to end in war.  We provide a holistic resolution to your disputes and your interests always comes first.  Where appropriate, we will recommend that clients negotiate and mediate their disputes as opposed to proceeding with litigation.
