Professional Profile

Sher Min graduated from the University of Manchester in 2013 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple) in 2017. Sher Min was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2019 and now collaborates with the firm’s counsels on corporate, commercial, and shipping matters, leveraging her dual-jurisdiction expertise.

Prior to joining the firm, Sher Min refined her practice as a litigator at Malaysia’s leading boutique dispute firms, where she represented high-profile clients, multinational corporations and prominent public figures. Her work centered on resolving complex cross-border disputes involving fraud, securities and banking disputes, anti-money laundering investigations, bribery allegations, and corporate governance challenges. Through these high-stake matters, she honed her ability to deliver meticulous case preparation and innovative solutions. 

Following her relocation to Singapore in 2023, Sher Min has assisted local counsels to advise high-net-worth individuals and families on private wealth management and regulatory compliance frameworks, including licensing applications with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
